Course descriptionBuilding Mentally Healthy Teams: Mental Health Essentials is an introduction to understanding mental health for all employees. The course examines how we can look after our own mental health and build confidence so we can safely support others in the workplace. Based on the latest research[1] Emma Saccomani will help teams define what is meant by ‘mental health’ at work. The course aims to debunk myths around mental health, reduce stigma and fears or barriers to seeking help. Emma explains, that you don’t have to be an expert to make a difference. Through creating safe conversations and an understanding of the power of connection, all team members can play a part building a mentally healthy workplace.
