Course description

These sessions are designed to be standalone mindfulness/ centring sessions for mindfulness at work. Each week has a stand-alone topic. The session is structured with arrival, check-in and centring practice. A 15 min talk/discussion on wellbeing/mindfulness/wellness topic. A 10 min meditation for the week and 5 mins of discussion and refection.
